Moon River

Moon River is as romantic as its name sounds, with the gentle flow of the river in the distance, the villa sits in the view among large palms and a lush tropical garden. Lying on the Balinese day bed next to the rim-flow pool, one can only look in awe at the beauty of nature that surrounds you. The golden sunsets over the distant mountains are spectacular and allow one to feel lost in time.

The decorative panels from India and Bali set the tone of a villa that has a collection of items found from all over the world. The elevated grand four poster bed from India allows fo the perfect morning view.

The leather chesterfield couch alongside the grand fireplace makes for a cosy and romantic escape. A decadent large pearl tiled sunken bath surrounded by candles is the place to end the day watched over by a clay maiden.

Secret Moon

Secret Moon is held up high by decorative terracotta, pebbled pillars and clay tortoises. In the sky, the views of tree tops, rolling hills and the Sabie River below winding its way through the valley, is the perfect way to spend the days next to your private pool.

A little stream leads you through a tropical paradise to an outside bath and shower. The  courtyard under the villa has an antique Indian daybed to enjoy the stillness of the garden and is a perfect spot for a lazy afternoon nap.

Bombay Moon

Perched on the hillside, sits the majestic Bombay Moon Lodge. The views across the Sabie Valley,  the river far below and the distant mountains are sublime.

New Moon

Blue Moon

Blue Moon with its own distinct  charm, nestled on the side of the hill,  evokes a feeling of total privacy with only the red collared sunbirds and occasional peacock as visitors.

The largest of the villas, Many Moons can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms as well as a large lounge area with a log fireplace.

Enjoy a sundowner on your outside daybed while listening to the forest sounds the calls of the Purple Crested Loeries.

Amber Moon

Amber Moon is set in a large lush private tropical garden with a fabulous rim- flow swimming pool and Balinese daybed. The outside terrace under the canopy of the giant litchi trees that surround Amber Moon, makes the most of its natural surroundings. Bush babies, loeries, owls and red Duiker share this paradise with you. 

The villa is cosy with large log fireplace, it also boasts an interesting art and artefact collection, which enhances the experience of been somewhere exotic and different.

The bathroom has a central ornate wooden carved pillar from India. The decorative mirrors, big stone bath and pebble shower make this a place to linger and to indulge in a bubbly bath.

It is the unexpected that makes Amber Moon so special, as there is so much to discover in the collection of artefacts, wonderful old doors and rich colours that all blend tastefully together.
